- Front - parent-facing = suitable from 10 weeks to 24 months or 15kg (whichever comes first)
- Front, world-facing = suitable from 6 months to 24 months or 15kg (whichever comes first). This position is only recommended to be used for 20-30 minutes at a time and must not be used while baby is sleeping.
- Back, parent-facing = suitable from 6 months to 24 months or 15kg (whichever comes first)

Defective Items After 30 Days with warranty period:

The repair will be completed by the manufacturer or by a third-party repair service provider authorised by the manufacturers to repair their products. If a repair is not possible, we'll send you a replacement. Repair is only available for qualifying items and returns are not accepted after 30 days for consumable or hygiene products (underwear or feeding products etc.) or if the defect is due to accidental damage, deliberate or accidental damage, caused by external factors, or general wear and tear.
