Mountain Buggy`s v2 Newborn Cocoon is an ultra lightweight carrycot - perfect for parents wanting a lie-flat, newborn solution that clips seamlessly on and off their buggy. The cocoon will transport your little one in comfort and can be removed easily from the buggy without disturbing their rest. This soft-shelled carrycot has a firm base and easy to use handles. The protective zip lid, solid high sides and a plush inner ensures comfort and safety whilst out and about. Cocoon is certified for overnight unaided sleep and creates a safe, snug place for your baby`s rest. Straight out of the box, the cocoon can be easily assembled and offers one time attachment onto most of the Mountain Buggy range.

Easy Returns: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you need to return an item, you can do so within 30 days of receipt.
Please ensure that both the item and packaging (box, bags, tags) are in their original condition, then simply email us at info@babythingz including your order number and delivery postcode.
Should you have any issue with the item delivered, please contact us with 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange a return, refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference.

Defective Items After 30 Days with warranty period:
Troubleshooting and product support may be available to resolve any issues with your product. If your item becomes defective after the 30 day return period, we will repair any defective item. The repair will be completed by the manufacturer or by a third-party repair service provider authorised by the manufacturers to repair their products. If a repair is not possible, we'll send you a replacement. Repair is only available for qualifying items and returns are not accepted after 30 days for consumable or hygiene products (underwear or feeding products etc.) or if the defect is due to accidental damage, deliberate or accidental damage, caused by external factors, or general wear and tear.
